how I found my true nature
My name is Murray Willson, founder of True Nature Sales. I found my true nature after working in commercial leadership roles for technology companies for 15+ years. I built and delivered go-to-market strategies for multiple technology companies across the UK and Australasia launching market leading businesses. I have been instrumental in preparing businesses for de-mergers and acquisitions. Along the way I've helped some of the UK's largest financial institutions reach their revenue and efficiency goals. In short, I've been in, built, led, loved and hated various sales teams. But through it all the psychology of sales (whatever the product/service) has remained my fascination.
After many years working in fintech businesses I found myself wanting to no longer limit my contributions to a single business at a time. My goal is to now make an impact in the wider business world working with a range of businesses in a range of sectors. I want to use the skills that I had learned to help businesses become more sales enabled to increase their revenue.

Why Accountants?
I have worked with accounting firms for most of my career and have seen the profession evolve over time. As businesses are able to self-serve on the basics of compliance, accountants need to manage clients in a modern way which means offering more enterprise and advisory based services. The problem is; accountants tend to be numbers minded and sometime lack the soft skills required for sales conversations. That's where I can help.
